These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Earn It, including the website, mobile app, and related services. By using Earn It, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of Service
Earn It is a wellness and habit-building app designed to help users build healthier screen habits by earning access to selected apps through activities such as exercise, walking, or outdoor verification.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Earn It. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
Some features of Earn It require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are offered through Apple’s in-app purchase system and are billed by Apple, not directly by us.
- Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled through your Apple account settings.
- Pricing, billing terms, and renewal timing are presented in the app at the time of purchase.
- You are responsible for managing your Apple subscription settings, including cancellation and renewal preferences.
- If you have an active subscription, you may restore purchases through the app.
4. Healthy Activity Features
Earn It may use exercise detection, step-count data, camera-based flows, and outdoor verification to determine whether minutes should be earned. These features are provided for habit-building and convenience only and may not always be perfect or uninterrupted.
5. Safety and Wellness Disclaimer
You are responsible for using Earn It safely. Do not perform exercises or verification activities in a way that is unsafe, painful, or inappropriate for your health or environment. Earn It is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.
6. App Blocking and Availability
Earn It may rely on Apple-provided permissions, background behavior, notifications, backend services, and third-party providers to manage blocking, unlocking, and relocking. We do not guarantee that app restriction behavior will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available in all circumstances.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Earn It, including by attempting to bypass, exploit, reverse engineer, interfere with, or fraudulently manipulate exercise, verification, subscription, or app-restriction features.
8. Intellectual Property
Earn It and its related branding, software, content, and design are owned by their respective owners and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Earn It if you violate these Terms or misuse the service. You may stop using the service at any time.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Earn It is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, lost profits, failed restrictions, incorrect unlock or relock behavior, or exercise-related injury arising from use of the service.
12. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may modify Earn It or these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless otherwise required by law.
